Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

1. Order Administration

1)Review order and maintain order system.

2)Coordinate different departments in helping Account Managers bid on bidding jobs.

3)Manage documentation and be responsible for relevant database maintenance.

4)Support regional manager to do parts and service pipeline review, responsible for regional parts and service booking and shipping forecast.

2. Sales Support

1) Provide sales support on conditions, including related documentation/process/procedure.

2) Collect and check all the relevant sales & service data for Account Managers.

3)Support regional account managers quote parts and service to customers.

4)Support and coordinate internal team to do parts CCN searching and creating.

3.Communicate with customers and conduct customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  1. University/College graduate in Mechanics, ElectricalEngineering or equivalent;
  2. Minimum 2 years related experience in multi-nationalenterprise.
  3. Good communication skills with customers.
  4. Good computer and software operation skill (Operationalknowledge of PC spreadsheet, Excel, and Word processing software);
  5. Fluent in read, written and spoken English;
  6. Must be a team player, quick learner with strong sense ofresponsibility.
