Job Description for Customer Support Representative (Call Centre)

Responsible to ensure calls are answered promptly and in the most courteous/friendly manner

Act as 1stpoint of contact for Customer Support and Escalation

Informs customers by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.

Provide updates to customers regarding service attendance and work progress

Ensure Service teams are activated and deployed to site whenever a service call is received

Coordinate resolution of issues with appropriate support areas as necessary.

Monitor the customer satisfaction index monthly .

Provide feedback to management regarding necessary changes and updates; including policies, upgrades, and customer care issues.

Skills needed:

Minimum 2 years of experience inmanning call centers or telemarketing. Able to communicate well in their local language and have a flair for customer service. No technical experience required.
