Job Summary:

Responsible for setting up customer contracts and reviewing contract paperwork for compliance. Responsible for inbound and outbound phone calls, customer interactions and communicating with offices, Project Managers and the Service Coordinators. Responsible for all special invoicing requests. Also responsible for maintaining and delivering compliance reporting for local office performance.

Responsibilities:

·Coordinates service contract set up with the customer, the offices and PM.

·Responsible for billing monthly PM’s per customer contract requirements.

·Reviews contracts and project paperwork, complete calls, contacts offices to resolve incomplete transactions

·Works with the offices and the call center for PM set up and completion

·Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the assigned staff and responding to special requests

·Works with the branches and corporate to get issues resolved.

·Responsible for all special invoicing including projects as assigned

·Ability to meet short- and long-term deadlines.

·Effectively meet the needs of internal and external customers.

·Ability to work regularly and dependably.

·Ability to function in a team environment.

·Demonstrate ability to cope with stress and maintain a pleasant and cooperative temperament with internal and external customers.

·Ability to work under deadlines.

·Demonstrate ability to perform mental tasks such as making decisions, learning, thinking rationally and exercising good judgment.

·Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

·Experience in Contract management and/or Billing is preferred.

·At least 3 to 5 years of relative experience.

·Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) require.

·Education Standard: High School Graduate and preferably a two year degree.
