Job/RoleDefinition

CustomerConsultants are dedicated to serve customers and act as their representative tocheck on our work to ensure they are completed in good quality and on time.They must understand our internal escalation process in order to ensurecustomers’ issues are being escalated and handled promptly by respectivestakeholders in order to quickly resolve issues, especially Hot Jobs. They actas customers’ consultant by understanding their needs and working out variousoptions of solutions to meet those needs.

CustomerConsultants act as a Customer Advocate who relentlessly drive resolution whichmay require resources and/or agreement across several departments. They havethe customer's best interest in mind and their goal is to address the immediatecustomer issue in a highly responsive manner, proactively identify theroot-cause and provide recommendations for resolution.

TheCustomer Consultants are a key point of contact for customers in assigned accountsor geographic area and provide both pre- and after-sales support.Responsible for developing long-term customerrelationships and maximizing account penetration and customer retention throughmeeting their needs with the goal to maximize customer satisfaction and orderacquisition in compliance with the company’s strategy. Customer Consultants combinestechnical knowledge, customer focus with sales skills and work closely withother departments and functions to provide best solutions and promptresolutions to customers.

CustomerConsultants should possess excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal andwritten communication skills and has the ability to be flexible while workingunder minimal supervision. They must possess a Customer’s First attitude andare willing to learn new options/offerings through continuous learning.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE

Bachelor's degree in engineering with at least 2 years’relevant owner direct sales experience.Knowledge inHVAC system, ChillerPlant, Airside, Energy Services and Building Services will be an addedadvantage.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret engineeringdocuments.Ability to respondeffectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.Read and comprehend instructions, correspondence,and memos.

Effectively present information to customers and otheremployees of the organization.
