With a passion for continuous improvement, a strong drive for results, and practical knowledge of lean manufacturing tools the Change Agent will lead a cross-functional team in developing, executing, and sustaining lean transformation within the Value Stream.

Responsibilities:

·Ensure Value Stream’s compliance with standard processes and tools, as defined by the Business Operating System (BOS).

·Support Team Leaders in use of skills and tools learned in the Team Leader Development Program (TLDP).

·Coach lean thinking, rigorous problem solving, and use of PDCA cycle.

·Work with Value Stream team members to prioritize and execute Lean Transformation and waste elimination.

·Work with Value Stream team members to identify and eliminate gaps to Premier Performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

·Strong verbal and written communication skills.

·Strong presentation, facilitation, and teaching skills.

·Strong deductive reasoning skills and problem solving skills

·Strong capability with personal computer applications (including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook)

·Demonstrated proficiency in use of lean manufacturing tools

·Demonstrated ability to influence without authority

Education:

·Associates or Bachelor of Science degree or related discipline desired (Equivalent education / training / or experience will be considered in lieu of a formal degree)
