Job Summary:

Our Industrial business has a great opportunity for a Program Manager to lead multiple New Product Development (NPD) programs. You will ensure program objectives are met on cost and schedule with required quality and functionality. We need a self-starter that will drive team members to meet or exceed program objectives and grow our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross functional, global teams to meet project objectives
  • Facilitate/Lead program planning, schedule and charter development
  • Build cross-functional ownership of NPD asOverall Purpose of Job and tasks:

  • To support sales engineers for job site survey and co-visit for customer meeting to understand the required scope of work

  • To handle the cost estimate, take off material from RFQ/TOR and also provide value engineering as alternative

  • To work with vendors/suppliers for requesting quotation of required material for particular jobs

  • To work with sub-contractor for requesting quotation of projects cost or even repeating site visit to verify the scope of work with customer.

  • To work with internal draft man to generate necessary drawings to support sales engineers on proposal presentation

  • To support sales engineers transfer the information of won project to fulfillment team during kick off meetingJOB QUALIFICATIONEducation/Training

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineer or related field

  • Good command in communication and written EnglishExperiences

  • At least 3-5 years experiences in HVAC design, project engineer or related field functions will be advantagePersonality
